Founded in 2020, we aim to make global ETF data accessible, actionable, and valuable for institutional participants, including ETF issuers, index providers, fund service providers, market makers, exchanges, and buy-side institutions.

We develop a platform which offers comprehensive insights through a user-friendly web application and robust APIs, covering areas such as product analysis, fund flow tracking, performance comparisons, and liquidity assessments.

About the role:

We are seeking a strategic Head of Delivery to optimize our engineering processes, scale our delivery capabilities, and drive operational excellence. This role focuses on organizational strategy, agile delivery operations, team growth, and high-level technical leadership in data processing. It’s a strategic position for both technical and people leadership. Setting the engineering direction, developing engineering leaders, builds a strong and motivated organization, and ensures that technology supports the company's long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Engineering Strategy & Operations:
  • Conduct organizational audits to identify pain points and implement high-ROI process improvements.
  • Define the delivery modus operandi, structuring teams and clarifying reporting lines with Chapter/Platform leads.
  • Define and track engineering delivery metrics (quality, speed, productivity) and establish ongoing OKR/KPI processes.
Agile Delivery Integration
  • Align delivery and roadmaps across multiple squads and manage the complex Book of Work (BoW).
  • Standardize squad operations, creating a blueprint for launching new teams.
  • Foster a healthy, sustainable working rhythm between Engineering, Product Owners (POs), and Data Analysts (DAs).
  • Drive engineering hiring, from defining ideal candidate profiles to actively leveraging networks.
  • Develop global career frameworks, supporting growth trajectories and succession planning for direct reports.
Technical Leadership
  • Guide technical direction for high-volume data processing architectures (Databricks or similar).
  • Oversee data quality initiatives, focusing on input/output volume deviations.
  • Define and establish a formalized Quality Assurance (QA) function across the organization.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or large-scale data operations.
  • 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role, successfully managing technical teams, including guiding other managers, Tech Leads, and Chapter Leads.
  • Proven ability to optimize engineering processes and define operational blueprints for new and existing teams.
  • Deep expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and optimizing the software development life cycle (SDLC) across multiple squads.
  • Demonstrated success in performing organizational audits and identifying process gaps with high-ROI solutions.
  • Strong practical experience defining, rolling out, and managing goal-setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs) and engineering delivery metrics (e.g., DORA metrics, velocity, quality metrics).
  • Experience aligning technical delivery with Product Management roadmaps and managing complex Books of Work (BoW).
  • Experience in large-scale data engineering and SaaS platforms.
  • Understanding of Databricks (or similar data platforms) and high-volume data processing pipelines.
  • Plus: Experience establishing and maturing a Quality Assurance (QA) function from the ground up within a data-heavy engineering organization.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build a healthy rhythm between Engineering, Product Owners (POs), and Data Analysts (DAs).
  • A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong mentorship capabilities with experience designing career paths and growth trajectories for technical talent.
What we offer:
  • 100% remote work from anywhere within the European time zone.
  • Competitive B2B contract.
  • Exciting growth opportunities in a fast-paced startup.
  • Closely hand-in-hand collaboration with CTO.
  • Impactful work: help revolutionize ETF data market, currently fastest growing area of finance.
  • Have a real impact of developing products: your work will directly influence live projects, delivering measurable results in real-world applications.
  • Culture of innovation: collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in technology and finance where experimentation and creativity are encouraged.
