Job summary

Nebius Academy, a B2B edtech hub focused on enterprise AI transformation, is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale demand generation across markets. Reporting to the CMO, you will design multi-channel programs, optimize funnels, and drive a qualified pipeline.

You will orchestrate AI-driven campaigns, manage paid acquisition on LinkedIn/Google/Meta, test landing pages and emails, and collaborate with Sales, Content, and Design to deliver measurable results across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B growth marketing, demand generation or related hands-on role.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
• Strong grasp of growth marketing fundamentals, funnels, attribution, and optimization.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Content and Design.

Responsibilities

• Own full-funnel demand generation from awareness to pipeline.
• AI Agent Orchestration: build AI tools for automation of ads, battlecards, summaries, and outreach drafts.
• Manage paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta to drive qualified pipeline.
• Build, test, and optimize landing pages, emails, and campaign funnels.
• Define, measure, and improve growth metrics (MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion).
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and feedback loops.
• Plan field marketing activities: webinars, events, and regional activations.
• Support ABM campaigns for priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Content and Design to create compelling assets.
• Experiment with messaging, offers, creative, and channel performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and productivity.
