Job summary

Arise App is seeking a CMO to lead growth and monetization using AI-driven agents, automation, and models. You will drive strategies, set ambitious goals, and deliver data-driven outcomes from Warsaw and beyond.

You will own scalable campaigns across acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell, and optimize pricing and journeys with AI analytics. Collaboration with product, design, and marketing is essential for high-impact features.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth/marketing leadership in app or digital product.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: LLMs, automation, agents, and prompt design.
• Strong pricing, conversion, and ROI analytics.
• Experience planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Fluent in English; German or Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for growth and monetization initiatives, from strategy to execution, running them through AI agents and automated workflows.
• Develop scalable acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell campaigns driven by AI.
• Set clear, measurable goals for all campaigns and use AI to monitor ROI, KPIs, and performance in real time.
• Optimize campaigns, pricing strategies, and user journeys using AI-driven analytics and automated experimentation.
• Ensure consistent execution across marketing channels, with AI handling messaging, creative, and delivery at scale.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies with AI to uncover opportunities.
• Lead process improvements to make growth operations efficient, repeatable, and automated.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to implement high-impact features.
• Decide where AI runs autonomously and where human oversight is required.
• Document strategies, systems, and outcomes clearly to ensure transparency and alignment.
