Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a remote, globally located Google Ads strategist for DTC/eCommerce. You will own accounts end-to-end, act as the client’s direct contact, and defend decisions with data. You will audit, optimize PMax, Shopping, and brand campaigns, and build impact-driven landing pages and tracking.

You will work with a hands-on, results-driven team that values ownership, AI-enabled tooling, and clear client communication across US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful eCommerce spend (DTC & shopping campaigns).
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and defend strategies to clients.
• Fluent English with strong communication for client meetings.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Willingness to work US Eastern hours and operate remotely.
• Proactive, ownership mindset, and ability to build solutions using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and direct client contact.
• Audit accounts thoroughly before touching anything and present findings to clients.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and optimize accordingly.
• Keep Google's automation under control and audit auto-apply features.
• Own the feed and tracking; build or improve landing pages and scripts as needed.
