Job summary

Vulcury Consulting is seeking a Head of Growth Consulting to build and lead a modern marketing and go‑to‑market practice within the Vulcury platform. You will own both client development and delivery, building a profitable consulting vertical while leveraging infrastructure, talent, and a venture studio ecosystem.

The role suits someone a few years out of an MBA or strategy consulting, looking for autonomy and an equity‑backed upside, with opportunities across multiple industries and growth

Qualifications

• MBA from a leading program and 3–7 years experience in growth strategy or marketing leadership at a startup.
• Experience developing or executing go‑to‑market strategies.
• Exposure to client‑facing advisory work and ability to originate business or manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Vulcury’s growth consulting vertical.
• Define service offerings across growth, demand generation, content, and automation.
• Drive client development through outbound engagement and partnerships.
• Oversee client delivery with Vulcury’s delivery network of operators and specialists.
• Own the P&L of the growth practice and recruit/mentor consultants as the practice grows.
