Nava PBC is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery and client engagement for a portfolio of strategic government contracts. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with contract milestones and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with government agencies and complex delivery programs.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project portfolios with significant risk and scale.
• Expertise using agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
