HoloGrowth is hiring a results-driven Google Ads Manager to own end-to-end paid campaigns for DTC ecommerce brands. You will set strategy, manage budgets, test, and optimize for profit, not just in-platform metrics.

This is a fast-paced role with significant responsibility, mentorship, and a 100% remote setup within EU working hours. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive real profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication and strategic thinking.
• At least 1–2 years of Google Ads experience with DTC brands.
• Profit-focused approach beyond on-platform metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads accounts end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, client communications.
• Create strategies that prioritize profit and ROAS.
• Set up and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and PMax.
• Optimize shopping feeds and collaborate with the feed management expert.
• Conduct testing: ad copy, creative briefs, and structured testing frameworks.
• Analyze performance beyond the platform and translate insights into actions.
• Communicate progress with clients via Slack and meetings.
• Continuously learn and deepen understanding of strategies.
