Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Scientific Education Support Global Coordinator to drive contract creation, amendments, and end-to-end execution for health care professional interactions. You will collaborate across regions to ensure compliant processes and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in healthcare, strong English skills, and experience with Smartsheet and Office tools. Remote-friendly role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3–5 years’ healthcare experience.
• Fluent in English—speaking, writing, and reading.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage global contract creation, amendments, and execution for HCP interactions.
• Assist audit readiness by pre-close reviews and ensuring compliance alignment.
• Support high- and low-risk content reviews for scientific education activities.
• Perform data-quality checks and coordinate with regional teams to resolve issues.
• Gather, maintain, and track key customer education, contracting, and compliance data.
• Coordinate with Area Scientific Education Support Coordinators and cross-functional partners for timely execution.
• Learn regional processes to provide backup coverage as needed.
