Job summary

Solventum seeks a Scientific Education Support Global Coordinator to join our Health Care Compliance team. This role owns global contract creation, amendments, and end-to-end execution for HCP interactions, ensuring audit readiness.

You will collaborate across time zones, maintain data quality, and support regional coordinators with education and contracting data. The position offers remote work with up to 10% travel and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3–5 years of healthcare experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting healthcare compliance requirements related to healthcare professional interactions.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support Scientific Evidence & Education team in Health Care Compliance processes with owning global contract creation, amendments, and end-to-end contract execution for HCP interactions.
• Assist with audit readiness by conducting pre-close reviews, validating fields, and ensuring compliant documentation.
• Conduct data-quality reviews and coordinate with regional coordinators to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Area Scientific Education Support Coordinators and cross-functional partners for timely execution and consistent global customer experience.
