Solventum, a healthcare solutions company, seeks a Scientific Education Support Global Coordinator to advance global contract creation and compliance for HCP interactions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in healthcare, fluent English, and experience with Smartsheet and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3-5 years of healthcare experience.
Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
At least 1 year supporting healthcare compliance in the HCP space.
Proficient with Smartsheet, Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Own global contract creation, amendments, and end-to-end contract execution for HCP interactions.
Conduct pre-close contract reviews and ensure compliant, complete documentation.
Review high- and low-risk content for scientific education activities.
Perform data-quality reviews and resolve issues with regional coordinators.
Gather, maintain, and track education, contracting, and compliance data.
Collaborate with Area Scientific Education Support Coordinators for timely execution.
Develop knowledge of regional processes to provide backup coverage.
