Job summary

Vistra iiPay seeks an experienced International Payroll Associate to deliver accurate, timely payrolls for a diverse client base. You will liaise with in-country partners, validate data, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining clear client communication.

The role offers remote work with occasional office visits and can be based in Poland, Hungary, or Romania, supporting a global payroll network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year International payroll experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills required.
• Experience with data security practices (ISAE 3402/ISO 27001) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and compliant payroll processing for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with in-country payroll networks to meet deadlines.
• Review data for accuracy and resolve payroll queries with clients and third parties.
• Maintain online document libraries and provide clear summaries of updates.
• Collaborate with peers to improve payroll processes and efficiency.
• Escalate issues to ensure timely client delivery.
