Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on advancing therapies for GI diseases. We are seeking a senior leader to oversee global project operations, budget, and client engagements, driving standards of excellence across multiple regions and teams.

This role supports strategic direction and ensures timely, high-quality service delivery for complex trials. The position is globally remote with responsibilities spanning planning, resource management, and cross-functional leadership to meet sponsor

Qualifikationen

• Deep experience in full-service project management leadership, coaching and leading a team with an excellence mindset.
• Significant financial responsibility and budget oversight within project delivery and contract management.

Aufgaben

• Operational Planning & Oversight: participate in planning, set targets, allocate resources and oversee trial conduct.
• Unit Leadership, Team Management and Engagement: mentor managers, ensure staffing, and represent operations in client meetings.
• Product Service/Excellence: drive service quality, mitigate risks, and promote growth within clinical research.
• Budget Planning & Financial Risk Management: plan budgets, monitor costs, and align with strategic objectives.
