Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking an experienced CRA to independently perform, coordinate and oversee site monitoring activities in a home-based role with regular travel. You will liaise between sponsor and investigative sites, ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of CRA experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and fluent English. You will mentor junior staff, participate in audits, and support study management through TS and TMF review.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related CRA experience
• 7–9 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulatory requirements
• Experience with Phase I–IV clinical trials

Responsibilities

• Independently perform, coordinate and oversee site monitoring activities, including on-site and remote visits
• Review data against source documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate shipment of clinical supplies and study documents
• Train and mentor CRA I and II, and support site staff training
• Manage site recruitment, initiation and activation activities
• Participate in audits/inspections and follow-up on issues
• Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration across the study team
