Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to drive delivery of Phase I-IV trials across local, regional and global studies. You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain budgets, and ensure quality, timeline and regulatory compliance.

This remote role is open to candidates based in Europe; travel may be required domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, with collaboration across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years clinical pharma industry experience, Oncology project management preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: scope, time, cost, resource planning, and risk management.
• Fluency in English; local language proficiency may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Phase I-IV trials from study start-up through closeout.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with contracts and business goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
• Foster a collaborative team environment across global settings.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, regulatory, and client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution.
