Job summary

Alimentiv is a global CRO providing end‑to‑end GI clinical trial services. We seek a senior leader to guide global project operations, drive planning, and ensure service excellence across teams while aligning with regulatory requirements and client needs.

In this remote role, you will influence budgets, staffing, and strategic direction, collaborating with sponsors and directors to deliver high-quality trials and maintain industry leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree + 10 years related experience and training/continuous ongoing development OR College diploma/degree and a minimum of 15 years related experience
• Deep experience in full-service project management leadership, coaching and leading a team with an excellence mindset
• Financial resource management: significant responsibility in budget setting, expenditures and reporting

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Oversight (40-50%): participate in operational planning, transform strategic plans into measurable goals, oversee project development with sponsors, ensure staffing utilization and cross-department planning
• Unit Leadership, Team Management and Engagement (30-40%): mentor and manage the Clinical Project Operations team, represent operations in client meetings and business development meetings
• Product Service/Excellence (10-15%): collaborate with leadership to achieve excellence in project services, implement recommendations to minimize risk and meet standards
• Budget Planning & Financial Risk Management (10-15%): plan and report on budgets, manage financial risks, assist with bids and proposals, oversee change orders

Education

Bachelor or Honors degree

College diploma/degree with 15+ years experience
