Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a senior leader to oversee global Clinical Project Operations, including planning, budgeting, and client-facing activities. As part of the senior management team, you will guide strategic execution and ensure service excellence across trial programs worldwide.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and risk while collaborating with Sponsors and Directors to deliver high-quality trials, with a focus on process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Job Experience & Education Requirements: Undergraduate degree (Bachelor or Honors Bachelor) + minimum of 10 years related experience and training/continuous ongoing development OR College diploma/degree with minimum of 15 years related experience.
• Deep experience in full-service project management leadership and coaching with an excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operational Planning & Oversight (40-50%): participate in operational planning, transform strategic plans into measurable goals, oversee trial conduct and data requirements.
• Unit Leadership, Team Management and Engagement (30-40%): mentor to Clinical Project Operations team, staff allocation and performance management, represent operations at client meetings.
• Product Service/Excellence (10-15%): collaborate with leadership to achieve excellence in project services while managing regulatory standards.
• Budget Planning & Financial Risk Management (10-15%): plan budgets, monitor risks, and coordinate with business development on proposals.
