Job summary

Accenture is seeking a PLM and Engineering Transformation Lead in Poland to drive PLM-enabled engineering and R&D transformations for global clients. You will collaborate with international teams, shape PLM strategy, and deliver end-to-end product lifecycle improvements across design, BOM management, and supplier collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and the ability to drive product lifecycle transformation through PLM strategy, roadmap definition, process design, value realization, and PLM maturity assessments.
• Expertise in PLM solution design, engineering process excellence, functional consulting, data governance, and end-to-end engineering transformation initiatives.
• Preferred PLM package includes: SAP PLM, Dassault, or Siemens technologies.
• Knowledge and exposure to advanced PLM technologies: Windchill, Oracle Agile, ARAS
• Proven experience leading the design and delivery of complex PLM solutions across multiple industries.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), Material Data Management, and data migration tools and methodologies would be an additional asset.
• Hands-on experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and experience with Digital Twin and Digital Thread is a plus.
• Experience managing engineering / consulting teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and data-driven recommendations to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM-enabled engineering and R&D transformation programs for global clients.
• Define and expand PLM offerings, accelerators, and assets in Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Integrated BOM, and Engineering Master Data Management.
• Transform engineering and product development processes across the product lifecycle, from design and BOM management to engineering change, validation, and supplier collaboration.
• Accelerate clients' digital transformation through AI-driven capabilities, engineering excellence, and modern PLM solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and develop innovative use cases and digital solutions.
• Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities
• Support management in business development, estimation, and work breakdown
• Manage and mentor talented teams of consultants and analysts supporting, providing input and guidance into the talent strategy and actively participate in engagement, capability development activities
• Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s Engineering Transformation offering and support recruitment, training, coaching.
