Softsich is seeking a proactive Affiliate Manager to shape and scale our affiliate marketing program across international markets. You will build and nurture partnerships, attract new affiliates, optimize traffic quality, and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to maximize performance. The role offers flexible remote work or a hybrid setup in Kyiv or Warsaw, with a focus on data-driven decision making and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within global markets.
• Advanced English level.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze affiliate performance data.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Ukrainian or Russian-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsabilités

• Building relationships with partners and maintaining profitability through active communication and analysis of campaigns.
• Attracting new partners to expand the network and negotiating profitable agreements.
• Performance analysis and KPI tracking with regular reports and recommendations.
• Budget management and ROI optimization in collaboration with analysts.
• Brand promotion through industry events and conference attendance.
• Team collaboration across Retention, Support, Outbound, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize the sales funnel.
