Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a German-speaking Transition Project Manager and Service Delivery Lead to join our international team. The role combines transition management with ongoing service delivery leadership for a multinational client, with remote work possible from Poland and a hybrid collaboration model across sites.

You will own end-to-end transition planning, governance, and commercial control, then lead service performance against SLAs and KPIs after go-live, coordinating with Accenture and

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 or above) and fluent English, spoken and written.
• 5+ years in IT project or programme management, including at least one service transition.
• Delivery experience across several countries and time zones, ideally Europe, the Americas and APAC.
• Background in onsite IT, end user or field services delivery.
• Experience working with or for a prime contractor or global systems integrator (e.g. Accenture).
• Working knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow.
• Confident stakeholder management up to senior client and partner level.
• Strong control of plans, RAID logs, budgets and milestone billing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of a new enterprise client into NSC Global's managed service across six sites.
• Own the programme end to end: planning, governance, commercial control and go live.
• Move into the delivery lead role after go live and run the account in life.
• Run monthly service reviews and continuous improvement with Accenture and the client.
