Job summary

NSC Global is seeking a German-speaking Transition Project Manager and Service Delivery Lead to drive a complex transition across six sites in multiple regions, with Accenture as the prime contractor. The role blends transition management with eventual delivery leadership in a matrix, international environment.

The successful candidate will coordinate governance, budgeting, and go-live activities, while maintaining program controls and client relationships as the service goes live and progresses

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project or programme management.
• Experience across several countries/time zones, ideally Europe, the Americas and APAC.
• Background in onsite IT, end user or field services delivery.
• Experience working with or for a prime contractor or global systems integrator (e.g. Accenture).
• Working knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow.

• Lead knowledge transfer, shadowing and handover from the outgoing provider.
• Coordinate engineer onboarding, site access, client training and compliance for GMP sites.

• Run go-live and hypercare and sign off service readiness.
• Act as NSC's single point of contact for Accenture on the programme.
• Prepare and lead steering committees and regional calls.
• Track transition budget and milestone billing against plan.
• Move into the delivery lead role once the service is live.
• Own service performance against SLAs and KPIs.

POSITION: Transition Project Manager and Service Delivery Lead (German speaking)LOCATION: Remote in Poland

This is a hybrid project manager and service delivery manager role. You will lead the transition of a new enterprise client into NSC Global's managed service across six sites in several regions, working closely with Accenture as the prime contractor. You will own the programme end to end: planning, governance, commercial control and go live. Once the service is live, you will move into the delivery lead role and run the account in life. This position suits an experienced transition manager who is comfortable in a matrix organisation, enjoys international work and wants to own the service after go live.

Responsibilities

Transition (October 2026 to March 2027)

• Build and own the integrated transition plan across all six sites, with milestones, dependencies and go live readiness criteria
• Lead knowledge transfer, shadowing and handover from the outgoing provider
• Coordinate engineer onboarding, site access, client training and compliance for GMP regulated sites
• Work with internal tooling teams on ServiceNow and ticket integration with Accenture and the client
• Run go live and hypercare for each site, and sign off service readiness

Governance and client management

• Act as NSC's single point of contact for Accenture on the programme
• Prepare and lead steering committees, weekly programme reviews and regional calls twice a week
• Maintain RAID logs, change control and milestone reporting
• Escalate risks early and drive issues to closure

Commercial and financial control

• Track the transition budget and milestone billing against plan
• Make sure transition milestones are evidenced so they can be invoiced on time
• Follow NSC's project baseline standards for SOW, finance, billing and expenses

Delivery lead in run (from go live)

• Move into the programme's delivery lead role once the service is live
• Own service performance against SLAs and KPIs, and exposure to service credits
• Run monthly service reviews and continuous improvement with Accenture and the client
• Lead and support the onsite engineering team across regions, with local support in each region

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience

• Fluent German (C1 or above) and fluent English, spoken and written
• 5+ years in IT project or programme management, including at least one service transition
• Delivery experience across several countries and time zones, ideally Europe, the Americas and APAC
• Background in onsite IT, end user or field services delivery
• Experience working with or for a prime contractor or global systems integrator (e.g. Accenture)
• Working knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow
• Confident stakeholder management up to senior client and partner level
• Strong control of plans, RAID logs, budgets and milestone billing

Desirable skills and experience

• Pharmaceutical, life sciences or other GMP regulated site experience
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
• Experience moving from transition into run as a service or delivery manager
