Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2–3 years in Credit, Collections, or Finance operations.
• German and English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
• Ability to analyze data, spot trends and present insights.
• Detail oriented with ownership mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support credit and collection activities for the German market within timelines.
• Identify delays and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Service and Dispute teams to resolve issues.
