PMSolutions is seeking a remote German-speaking professional in Poland to join our customer service team. The role offers a monthly gross salary of 7000–8000 PLN and focuses on delivering high-quality support while working from home.

Responsibilities include following up on closed service requests to ensure customer satisfaction and assisting in training initiatives for new and current employees. Fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2) are required.
