Affirm is building a world-class engineering platform to support its global expansion from Poland, focusing on purchase protection and agent tooling. You will ship web apps with declarative UI, design and scale APIs, and work across multiple components to deliver robust, tested solutions.

You will thrive in a collaborative environment, own your growth, participate in code reviews, and help maintain system reliability through on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Able to take a simple problem to a multi-component solution and deliver well-tested, extensible code.
• Comfortable navigating a large code base, debugging, and providing feedback via code reviews.
• Proactive in seeking growth and communicating with team and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Balance speed and quality to hit business goals while protecting systems from downtime.
