Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Financial Controller (Finance Analyst) in Lodz with strong Excel, VBA, Power Query, Access and SAP skills. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, reporting automation, and daily finance support across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate on month-end closing, data analysis, and process improvements, enabling better business decisions. The position offers flexibility across Lodz and Katowice locations, with hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Finance and accounting knowledge.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, Access) and SAP.
Data modelling and data analysis experience.
Reporting automation experience.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
Adaptability: ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

Month-End Closing supporting – posting bookings, data analysis, results review.
Analysis & Reporting: Preparing advanced analyses and reports, uses data to develop solutions and make well‑founded recommendations.
Support basic Finance Operation activities including cooperations with stakeholders from business lines.
Support Finance Business Partner with their daily tasks (data analysis, data preparation).
Automation: Creating macros and scripts in Visual Basic to streamline recurring tasks and improve efficiency.
Process & Project Management – coordinate project management or support Project Leader.
Process Improvement: Continuously looks for ways to improve and optimize processes and reports.
