Job summary

Valeo Service is seeking a Management Controller specialist (M/F/D) based in Warsaw with open to remote work. You will participate in monthly closing, analyze deviations, manage profitability data in QlikView, and support budgeting and long-term planning while ensuring standard tools are deployed across VS.

English and Polish fluency, plus SAP knowledge, are highly valued. Joining requires a Finance/Accounting/Economics background and 3+ years in controlling, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in controlling/financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Polish; MS Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• Participate in, understand and challenge monthly closing/reporting.
• Provide analysis of monthly results to management; explain variances.
• Manage data in QlikView to ensure reliable profitability picture.
• Contribute to budget and long-term planning processes; create templates and analyses.
• Benchmark and standardize management control tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and on-site management control reviews.
• Interact with Group and Business Group finance teams; support statutory audits.
