Fujitsu Technology Solutions Sp. z o.o. is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller (Finance Analyst) to join the finance team in Poland.

The role focuses on data-driven reporting, process automation, and supporting daily financial operations with strong Excel/VBA and SAP skills. You will work on month-end closings, analytics, and collaboration with business lines to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Finance and accounting knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, VBA, PowerQuery, Access) and SAP.
• Data modelling and data analysis experience - create reports from scratch or modify existing ones.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management.
• Adaptability: Learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing support – posting bookings, data analysis, results review.
• Analysis & Reporting: prepare advanced analyses and reports, using data to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Support basic Finance Operations with stakeholders from business lines.
• Support Finance Business Partner with daily tasks (data analysis, data preparation).
• Automation: create macros and scripts in Visual Basic to streamline recurring tasks.
• Process & Project Management – coordinate projects or support Project Leader.
• Process Improvement: continuously look for ways to improve and optimize processes and reports.
