Costa Sanders is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial sanding and brushing machines for processing wood, metal, and other surfaces. We are headquartered in Archdale, North Carolina and provide extensive field service support across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The field service role offers on-site installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance with frequent U.S. travel; remote coordination is possible for training and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical schooling.
• 3-5 years working on industrial machinery or mechanical repair.
• 3-5 years electrical experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and prints.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel in the United States.
• Must qualify for and obtain a U.S. passport.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds; frequent walking, standing and kneeling.
• Background check, MVR and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Ability to analyze and solve field issues.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments and changing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new equipment installations, including final setup, leveling, calibration, testing, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot and repair existing machines on-site at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance evaluations and calibrations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely communication.
