Job summary

Siemens Energy in Warsaw, Poland seeks an On-Site Technician to support large gas turbine, steam turbine and generator customers. You will travel to processing sites to align machines with precision, install and adapt to CNC programs, and communicate work progress with project teams.

The role involves service calls, high-precision turning/milling operations, and documentation of tolerances, with collaboration across management, engineering, and production.

Qualifications

• Tr aining as a cutting machine operator or equivalent with extensive CNC experience.
• Knowledge of Siemens 840D sl and SINUMERIK Operate desirable.
• Experience with turning and milling large components.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out service calls to eliminate faults.
• High-quality machining by turning, milling, grinding and drilling according to drawings and test sequences.
• Repairs or modifications to power generation components using mobile and CNC machines.
• Control and documentation of dimensional, positional, shape and surface tolerances.
