Job summary

IMI is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to be responsible for the installation, service, and support of our wheel refining and cleaning systems. This remote position requires travel across the continental U.S. and Canada, engaging with customers to troubleshoot equipment issues and provide training.

Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the maintenance and repair of high-volume industrial and/or commercial equipment.
• Experience with blasting equipment is a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and to move up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Travel 60 – 65% of the time with some weekends and evenings required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues with customers.
• Document activities in CRM for efficiency.
