Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist in F&A – R2R to conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and control reviews. You will develop and monitor governance frameworks, identify risk exposures, and support corrective actions.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to embed compliance across the organization. You will deliver accurate reports and dashboards for management and regulatory reviews, and provide training to promote a strong compliance culture throughout the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Masters in Finance.
• Certifications listed in the ad (CAMS, CCO, CFA, CPA, CRCM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Develop and monitor compliance frameworks to strengthen governance and reduce risks.
• Provide guidance on regulatory changes and risk controls to business teams.
• Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for management and regulators.
• Deliver training and awareness programs to promote a compliance culture across teams.
