Talan Group in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a Dynamics 365-based ERP maintenance and evolution program. You will analyze functional incidents, gather requirements, and contribute to ERP improvements in an international environment.

This role is fully remote within Poland, offering training and career development opportunities. You will collaborate with support, development, and business teams while aligning with global ERP standards and releases.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes.
• Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance).
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and resolve functional incidents.
• Gather new business requirements and propose improvements.
• Support maintenance and evolution of ERP processes.
• Collaborate with support, development, and business teams.
• Ensure alignment with global ERP standards.
