Job summary

Talan in Poland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a long-term ERP maintenance and evolution program supporting a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution. You will analyse incidents, gather requirements, and drive continuous improvement in an international environment.

Key duties include resolving functional incidents, partnering with support, development and business teams, ensuring alignment with global ERP standards, and contributing to updates and releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes.
• Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance).
• Fluent English and Polish.

Responsibilities
