Talan Group in Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a long-term ERP maintenance and evolution program supporting a live Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution.

You will analyze incidents, gather requirements, and contribute to ERP improvements in an international environment, collaborating with support, development, and business teams to ensure alignment with global ERP standards and continuous updates.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Finance processes
• Experience in ERP environments (implementation or maintenance)
• Fluent English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve functional incidents
• Gather new business requirements and propose improvements
• Support maintenance and evolution of ERP processes
