Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an Associate Application Support Consultant to be the first contact for IT and Business Application questions. You will provide professional, efficient support, resolve cases, and liaise with R&D as needed.

You will investigate defects, manage escalations, and document improvements while training junior teammates. A dual working environment and strong English/Swedish communication are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT and Business Application questions.
• Progress issues to conclusion, coordinating with colleagues and R&D.
• Investigate, document and report application defects.
• Handle customer escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
• Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and mentor junior team members on product knowledge and processes.
• Work in a team environment and manage time to prioritise workload.
