Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Finance & Supply Chain Management.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and modules.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working closely with stakeholders.
• Experience configuring and optimising Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Exposure to Microsoft Partners or large end users would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and continuously improve the Dynamics 365 F&O SCM environment.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and translate needs into functional solutions.
• Support and enhance Supply Chain processes across the business, including Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement and Production.
• Configure standard F&O functionality and recommend process improvements.
• Work alongside developers and external Microsoft Partners to deliver enhancements and new functionality.
• Support rollouts, system improvements and future optimisation projects across international business entities.
