Job summary

Unravel S.A. in Wroclaw seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale BC solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements across industries.

You will lead end-to-end ERP projects, drive integrations, migrations, and best-practice configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, with occasional travel to Dubai for workshops and delivery activities. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years with Dynamics 365 BC or NAV implementations.
• Experience as Solution Architect or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant.
• Strong BC architecture, configuration, and customization knowledge.
• Hands-on ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Designing integrations with external systems and APIs.
• Translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• ERP best practices and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Experience in project estimation, planning, and costing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willing to travel occasionally (Dubai and other client locations).
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect BC solutions aligned with business/technical needs.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements.
• Provide advisory on ERP systems, digital transformation, and optimization.
• Coordinate with clients and delivery teams across international environments.
• Oversee solution quality, including integrations and customizations.
• Support project planning, effort estimation, and costing activities.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to consultants and dev teams.
• Support migrations, upgrades, and integrations related to Business Central.
• Participate in client workshops and occasional Dubai-related activities.
