Job summary

Softeta is seeking an experienced Entra ID Architect for a banking sector client. You will own target architecture and migration from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID, delivering a secure, scalable, and compliant solution with minimal disruption.

You will define target-state architecture, lead discovery, design integration patterns, establish provisioning, and set security guardrails. The role requires strong IAM background and fluent English, with hybrid or remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID architecture and deployment planning.
• Experience designing and implementing Hybrid Identity solutions.
• Solid background in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own target architecture and migration patterns from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID to deliver a secure, scalable, and compliant solution with minimal disruption
• Define target-state architecture and standards
• Lead discovery and assessment
• Design application integration patterns
• Establish provisioning and lifecycle
• Set security and compliance guardrails.
• Produce reference implementations and automation: approved configurations, templates, and scripts
