Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Entra ID Technical Solution Architect to join the Authentication Management team within IAM. You will own the Entra ID technical setup, act as the technical expert, and drive improvements to support Nordea’s security and business goals.

The role requires strong collaboration with product owners and SMEs and a proactive, structured work style. The position is based in Helsinki or the TriCity area in Poland, with a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

Proven experience with Entra ID and Windows Hello for Business.
Security expertise in Entra ID and M365.
Knowledge of authentication methods and protocols (SSO, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos).
Understanding of identity security best practices for on-prem and cloud.
Familiarity with Zero Trust and Least Privilege principles.
Experience working in large, multicultural organisations with DevOps teams.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the technical setup of the Entra ID solution and help set its vision and roadmap.
Act as Entra ID technical expert and drive improvements aligned with IAM architects.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with product owners, application owners and SMEs; share knowledge and mentor others.
