Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager based in Poland for a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will lead engineers, shape the roadmap with Product, Design and Success teams, and emphasize fast delivery with high-quality software.

You will coach engineers, remove blockers, and stay technically involved to guide design and implementation decisions in a low-structure environment. This role offers autonomy and an opportunity to influence long-term product value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong software fundamentals with a technical background in either Clojure or frontend React/TypeScript.
• Ability to read code and design docs and contribute to technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Success teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Coach engineers and support their career development in a low-structure environment.
• Remove blockers and continuously improve team processes and delivery speed.
• Hire, onboard and grow high-caliber engineers and foster a collaborative culture.
• Maintain technical involvement by understanding problems and contributing to implementation decisions.
