Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager - Linux Hardware Enablement based in Poland to lead a distributed team delivering Ubuntu integrations across IoT, PC, and server hardware platforms. You will influence architecture, partner alignment, and development practices to bring new capabilities to market.

You will coach engineers, coordinate with silicon partners, and ensure high quality and reliable delivery in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

Experience with Linux distributions, especially Ubuntu/Debian.
Proven ability to lead software engineering teams and mentor engineers.
Experience liaising with partners and customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
Strong communication skills in an international, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a distributed engineering team delivering Ubuntu integrations across IoT, PC, and server platforms.
Provide technical leadership across the Linux stack and hardware enablement.
Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Coach engineers and drive career development and performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to align roadmaps and execution.
Promote a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
Travel internationally up to twice a year for team events.
