Job summary

IntellectEU in Poland seeks an Engineering Lead to coordinate Digital Assets and AI initiatives, with a strong focus on evolving and standardizing Agentic AI. You will ensure architectural coherence, engineering quality, and scalable delivery while shaping how AI agents are designed, governed, and integrated in blockchain-based, regulated systems.

The role leads a matrix of Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, and QA, driving production-grade standards, risk management,

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience.
3–5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
Strong DevSecOps knowledge.
Experience designing scalable production systems.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technical leads across Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, and QA.
Define and enforce engineering standards and tooling choices.
Set standards for Agentic AI design, governance, and integration.
Ensure scalable blockchain integrations and secure systems.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
Drive engineering KPIs and continuous improvement.
