Job summary

IntellectEU in Poland seeks an Engineering Lead to coordinate Digital Assets and AI initiatives, with a strong focus on evolving and standardizing Agentic AI. You will ensure architectural coherence, engineering quality, and scalable delivery while shaping how AI agents are designed, governed, and integrated in blockchain-based, regulated systems.

The role leads a matrix of Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, and QA, driving production-grade standards, risk management,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong DevSecOps knowledge.
• Experience designing scalable production systems.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical leads across Architecture, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Security, AI/Data, and QA.
• Define and enforce engineering standards and tooling choices.
• Set standards for Agentic AI design, governance, and integration.
• Ensure scalable blockchain integrations and secure systems.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies.
• Drive engineering KPIs and continuous improvement.
