• 10+ years of engineering experience in a high-growth SaaS/Ad Tech or data-intensive environment.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing company.
• Proven ability to scale remote, globally distributed teams.
• Strong focus on engineering culture, delivery metrics, and architecture.

Responsibilities
