Qualifications

10+ years in software development with SaaS leadership.
2+ years managing through engineering managers and leads.
Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
Experience managing complex, cross-team programs with launch deadlines.
Experience with site reliability practices and FinOps principles.
Experience leading organizational change and vendor workforce transitions.
Strong grounding in agile delivery and core software engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Lead AI adoption across engineering and define standards.
Build, grow, and retain a strong engineering team with redundancy.
Manage cross-team programs and keep fixed launch dates on track.
Establish reliability ownership, on-call, and postmortems.
Own cloud, vendor, and contractor cost accountability with Finance.
Lead through reorganizations, acquisitions, or outsourcing while maintaining momentum.
Align platform architecture with Product and wider technology organization.
