Job summary

Full Funnel Growth is seeking a part-time Email Marketing Specialist to join the Retention Marketing Pod. This role is fully remote (US preferred) and 1099 contractor with hourly compensation.

You will own Klaviyo campaigns, build flows, and coordinate with the manager to ramp up to autonomous sending. The ideal candidate has strong Klaviyo experience, design skills in Figma, and a disciplined approach to deliverability, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years direct Klaviyo email experience.
• Proven ability to build campaigns and flows.
• Strong Figma email design skills.
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Experience with A/B testing and interpreting metrics.
• Excellent written communication and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Campaign execution across a defined slice of the pod's clients: brief, build, QA, schedule, and post-send review.
• Flow work: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback flows, then reading the data and proposing changes.
• Email design and experimentation in Figma with structured A/B tests on subject lines, layout, offer, and send time.
• Segmentation in practice: building and refining segments per client, protecting sender reputation.
• Deliverability hygiene: monitoring inbox placement, spam rates, and unsubscribes.
• Accurate reporting: per-campaign write-ups with exact figures and client summaries.
• Time tracking discipline: log hours in ClickUp against tasks.
