Job summary

AUGO is seeking a proactive Ecommerce Operations Assistant to support Amazon operations, customer service, and cross-platform store management in a fully remote, full-time role. You will help keep listings healthy, pricing consistent, and communications swift, while collaborating with department heads across the operation.

You will own tasks across Amazon, Shopify, and new channels, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and reliable, multi-stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• 1+ year direct hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Experience monitoring or managing e-commerce listings.
• Prior customer service background.
• Comfortable managing tasks from multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Amazon listing health across catalog and flag issues within 24 hours.
• Respond to Amazon customer messages within 24 hours and manage support inbox.
• Support Shopify store backend maintenance and TikTok Shop coordination across platforms.
• Keep pricing aligned across Amazon US and international marketplaces.
• Basic image editing in Canva or Photoshop and prepare listing images.
• Conduct basic supplier research and data tracking for decisions.
• Enter data and compile weekly reports across platforms.
