Requirements
WHO WE ACTUALLY NEED (and who we don't)
This is not for someone who:
- Wants a side hustle or is juggling multiple freelance jobs.
- Needs constant supervision or step-by-step instructions to get things done.
- Struggles with changing priorities or working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefers doing things the way they've always been done rather than finding better ways to work.
- Has only worked with drag-and-drop page builders or no-code tools and has not written production code.
This is however for someone who:
- Works with Git day to day (branches, pull requests, code review) and knows how to test and deploy website changes safely.
- Has strong, hands-on Shopify experience, including theme management, app integrations, troubleshooting, and website optimization.
- Has practical experience with website tracking, analytics, CRO, and improving conversion rates.
- Can manage multiple storefronts while maintaining consistency, performance, and accessibility.
- Works effectively with developers, designers, agencies, and other teams to get things done.

- Takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and follows through without needing constant direction.
- Communicates clearly, asks the right questions, and keeps others informed.
- Is adaptable and resourceful, comfortable managing changing priorities and finding solutions to unfamiliar challenges.
- Embraces AI, automation, and better systems to simplify work and improve efficiency.
- Is dependable, takes pride in their work, and holds themselves to high standards.
