Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Designer (DTC) to execute video and graphic creatives for Meta ads, web pages, email, and organic content. You will translate direction into fast, high-quality outputs and help grow the DTC channel with iterative variations based on feedback.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience in ads or ecommerce, proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and Premiere Pro, and a portfolio showing clear, brand-aligned creatives for social and web.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years creating video and image creatives for ads or ecommerce.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Experience following brand guidelines and translating them into designs.
• Portfolio showing client or brand work with clear creatives.

Responsibilities

• Edit UGC and branded videos for DTC ads to align with formats.
• Create static creatives following scripts and brand guidelines.
• Design visuals for website pages, banners, and email assets.
• Edit organic Instagram content (posts, reels, stories) with consistent style.
• Maintain organized creative assets with proper version control.
