Job summary

RTB House is seeking a senior finance leader to supervise the financial operations of foreign subsidiaries and support group-wide financial processes. You will work closely with local finance teams and external offices to ensure accurate reporting and cash control.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong IFRS knowledge, and excellent analytical and planning skills. A remote work model with international responsibilities offers exposure to a dynamic, global business environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, controlling or auditing.
• Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance.
• Familiar with IFRS and tax concepts.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial operations of foreign subsidiaries.
• Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external offices.
• Provide financial support and guidance to business managers.
• Oversee financial processes including data provision and operating reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk.
• Forecast cash flow and oversee payment management.
• Prepare data for consolidation in financial reporting.
• Develop and implement procedures to support financial processes.
• Prepare analyses, reports and forecasts for leadership.
• Collaborate with central finance and Board of Directors.
• Lead and mentor a small finance team.
