Job summary

OKTOBER is an entry-level retention agency hiring an Associate into email retention. You will gain real ownership from day one and have a clear runway into owning client strategy as you progress toward more senior roles.

You will write copy for multiple pod accounts, manage tasks and approvals, and collaborate with your Senior RM to shape account strategy while building your own strategic instincts. This is a fully remote role with a strong growth path.

Qualifications

• Experience writing copy that drives responses.
• Experience in project management with task tracking and approvals.
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines without reminders.
• Willingness to grow into strategic ownership over time.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts and align with strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your strategic instincts with the Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
