OKTOBER is hiring an entry-level Retention Associate to own email copywriting and project tasks from day one. You will learn on the job, take ownership, and have a clear runway toward managing client strategy as you grow into a Senior Retention Manager.

Qualifications

• Solid Dutch copywriting experience in an agency.
• Agency experience.
• First experience with project management.
• Dutch native level.
• Hunger to grow into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and start building your own strategic instincts, working closely with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports so your Senior RM can turn them into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
